To Create Multiple Document Copies
You can create multiple copies of a document, with each copy being uniquely numbered. This function is normally used to prepare copies so they can be issued through a document transmittal.

Open an existing document copy whose Type is Secondary Master or Copy.
The Document Copy form opens in the Content pane.
- Make sure the details are correct for the copies you want to make.

Click the Create Multiple Copies icon in the action bar.
The Create Multiple Copies Wizard opens.
- Enter an appropriate copy number mask and the quantity of copies to create.
- Click Finish to complete the process.
