To Create Multiple Document Copies

You can create multiple copies of a document, with each copy being uniquely numbered. This function is normally used to prepare copies so they can be issued through a document transmittal.

  1. Open an existing document copy whose Type is Secondary Master or Copy.

    The Document Copy form opens in the Content pane.

  2. Make sure the details are correct for the copies you want to make.
  3. Click the Create Multiple Copies icon in the action bar.

    The Create Multiple Copies Wizard opens.

  4. Enter an appropriate copy number mask and the quantity of copies to create.
  5. Click Finish to complete the process.
